👋 New Patients – all new patients begin with a Complimentary Virtual Consultation. This allows us to get to know each other, learn about your health & wellness focus and establish a treatment plan.

✍️Waitlist & Advanced Booking – If you don’t see a suitable time or need to book further out, add your availability to the waitlist. We’ll contact you if an opening comes up.

⏰ Cancellation Policy Can’t make your appointment? Get in touch ASAP so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist and/or schedule you for a time that works for you. Missed appointments without notice are subject to the full treatment fee. - 24 hours’ notice for acupuncture - 72 hours’ notice for microneedling - Running late? If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, unfortunately we will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
